So I set out on a quest to figure out on my own how to get close to what she had. I played around with several ingredients and spices and finally came up with a recipe that I thought tasted similar. That was more than 20 years ago. Now here I am today. I started in the beginning making the pecans as a little holiday treat to put on the table during Thanksgiving and Christmas time. It went from that to making small bags as tokens of appreciation for people.

From there, it went to making Christmas gift bags as gifts for family members and others. The pecans were such a success with everyone, they became a high demand item around the holidays. Now I’m here. A place that I never dreamed or imagined that I would be.
